These Pokemon cannot be used in Colosseum. There is a snipet of a code somewhere in Colosseum that recognizes a Pokemon that has higher than normal stats. Nintendo spent a long time trying to code Pokemon Colosseum to stop cheaters. I can't trade my high stat pokemon to Pokemon Colosseum. Stats will return to normal after sending a Pokemon to the PC. Since Pokemon stats are made very complicated (since they hold Stats, Natures, Evs, etc.) they cannot be permanently changed. This FAQ is still currently being edited with new codes, so you will see stat changing codes soon.
The DVs are randomly placed when a Pokemon is captured, so there is no known code for making it have PERFECT DVs. The Dvs of Pokemon are random for evey Pokemon even if its the same kind (ex. If I catch a Pokemon, is there a way for it to have perfect DVs? Is there a way to change a pokemon's Gender? No know way yet for the GSSP. Is there a code to catch a shiny Pokemon?
